Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Titanus platform at app.titanus.gr, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including organization administrators, facility managers, and invited team members.

The platform is provided by TITANUS PRIVATE COMPANY (IKE), VAT: 803209466, GEMI: 192180704000, 27 Georgikis Scholis Ave., 57001 Thessaloniki, Greece.

2. Service Description

Titanus is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) facility management platform that enables organizations to manage their facilities, assets, contractors, contracts, work orders, maintenance plans, and invoicing through a centralized web application.

3. Account Registration

Access to Titanus is provided through organizational accounts. Users are invited by their organization administrator and must provide accurate, complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

Titanus operates on a per-user monthly billing model. A 14-day free trial is available for new organizations. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Pricing details are available on our website. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, other accounts, or related systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content through the platform.
• Exceed reasonable usage limits or use automated tools to stress-test the platform without authorization.

6. Intellectual Property

Titanus and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights in the platform, including but not limited to software, design, trademarks, and documentation. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for its intended purpose.

7. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the platform. Titanus does not claim any ownership rights over your content. You may export your data at any time through the platform's built-in export functionality or by contacting support.

8. Service Level

We target 99.9% platform availability, measured monthly. Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded from availability calculations. We will provide reasonable advance notice of planned maintenance. In the event of unplanned downtime, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore service promptly.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Titanus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the total fees paid by your organization in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, your data will remain available for export for 30 days. After this period, data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violations of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hellenic Republic (Greece). Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.

12. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days notice via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
