What does the free trial include?
You get full access to all Pro plan features for 14 days. After the trial, you choose whether to continue.
How is billing calculated?
You are charged per active user who logged in during the month. If a user did not use the system, they are not charged.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time. The change applies from the next billing cycle.
How secure is my data?
Data is stored on EU servers, encrypted in transit and at rest. We are fully GDPR compliant.
Which languages are supported?
The UI is available in three languages: Greek, English, and German. Each user chooses their language independently. Support is provided in Greek and English.
Can I import my existing data?
Yes. We support data import via Excel/CSV for facilities, assets, contractors, and contracts. Our team helps during onboarding.
